Posted October 14, 2018 09:33:47A number of apps on the Mac OSX platform are currently being blocked by default from being run on your Apple TV, thanks to a bug in iOS 10, according to a post from a developer.
Users of the popular Mac OS software have been complaining of being unable to run some of their favourite applications, including Twitter and Instagram, due to a new bug that affects the Mac operating system.
Users can disable Twitter and Google Maps on their devices using the app’s options menu, but users who have already turned them off in their settings will be unable to do so again.
Users who have been affected by this bug can disable the apps through the Apple’s Settings app.
“It was found by me that Twitter and YouTube are disabled for users who were using their iPhone or iPad with iOS 10.2,” the developer said.
“Twitter and YouTube have been disabled in OS X Yosemite for over a year, and the developers responsible have never made it clear to me that this was a bug.
I was able to disable these apps through my settings app on my Apple TV.
This is the second time that I have been unable to use these apps.
Users can access the iOS settings menu by clicking the Apple logo in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
The options menu also contains a section titled “Use Google Maps” which is a feature which allows users to disable Google Maps from being used on their Mac devices.
There is also a “Settings” section that lists the current options for the app and the options that were enabled for users to turn off.
Users on Macs that have iOS 10 have been experiencing some problems with the apps that were disabled on their systems, and this is the first time I have experienced this on an Apple TV since the software was first released.
Users are also reporting problems with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media apps that have been reported to be blocked by iOS 10 on their Apple TV systems.
Users have been reporting problems on Facebook and Twitter that they say are being blocked due to iOS 10 blocking the apps from running on their iPhones and iPads.
Users are reporting problems running YouTube and Twitter, while Facebook is also reported to have problems running its own video-sharing service, Vimeo.
Users also say that YouTube and Instagram have been blocked from running due to the same iOS 10 problem.
Users say that Facebook is reporting the same problem, and that it has not been able to fix the problem.
Apple has previously confirmed that it is aware of a number of problems affecting users of the iOS software on Mac systems, with iOS 11.0.3 also impacting some users.
